Meet in front of Astley Hall, Chorley PR7 1XA at 6 p.m. on Thursday 20th April.
Access is from the car park on Hallgate, Astley Village, Chorley PR7 1NP. This is a fairly large car park and is free. There are toilets at Astley Hall, though they may not be open after 6 p.m. and I cannot even guarantee that. The alternative car park is on Queens Road PR7 1JU, next to Astley Park main gates PR7 on the other side of the park. This is also free in the evening.
The route shown below and GPX file start at Astley Park Gates but it is easier on this occasion to start at the Hall.
Please bring the usual emergency tools and puncture repair equipment. Emergency lights also recommended.

Leaving from Astley Park gates, Chorley PR7 1JU.
Car Parking is conveniently located on Queens Road car park, PR7 1JU. This is next to the park gates. Turn right immediately after the park gates when entering Chorley from the Preston direction or M61 junction 8. Parking is free after 5 p.m. and on Sundays.
The route passes through Astley Park to Euxton, North to Leyland, crossing to White Stake and New Longton before turning South to Midge Hall and Moss Side. Return route is via Eccleston and Back Lane to Euxton and Astley Park.
