Last week we chanced the rainstorm forecast and had an excellent ride to Knott End and Blackpool with ferry. No rain all day. Today the storms were forecast for 1 p.m. and indeed at 1.30 p.m. the rain started, but by then we were almost back, having taken the decision NOT to go to Carnforth, opting for a shorter ride around the Fylde again .
The Carnforth / Moecambe bay ride will therefore return in the near future!ToBilsborrow to Blackpool and Lytham St Annes

A super ride today in great conditions and a good group …what more can you expect from a bike ride?
Congrats to Stephen …the Ride was efficiently fitted into the storm free period of today. Blackpool beach looked amazing and even exotic!
