Tour de Furness Sportive Ride

We have been contacted by one of the organisers of the above event. Some may be interested in taking part.

I am a member of the Rotary Club of Furness based in Barrow-in-Furness and we run a Charity Cycle Ride covering the South Lakes. This year the rides will take place on Sunday 8th June 2025
We have 4 rides of 13, 25, 50 and 71 miles. The 50 mile ride is from Barrow to Coniston and back and the 71 mile ride covers the 50 mile ride plus a further 21 miles that follows the Langdales and Wrynose Pass. The 50 and 71 mile rides are challenging and may appeal to your members. The ‘ride with GPS’ number for the 50 mile ride is 31914204 and for the 71 mile ride 48870517.
We hope that some of your members may wish to take part in the rides.”
