The start is from the small car park on the right on the A6 (travelling North on the A6) on Garstang road, Bilsborrow PR3 0RE. This car park is situated just AFTER the left turn into St Michaels Road (Guy’s Thatched Hamlet) and just BEFORE the Right turn into Bilsborrow Lane (The Roebuck and the Premier Inn).

The route is anti-clockwise following NCN 90 East to Inglewhite, then North to Brock Mill and West towards Garstang; them turning South to Catterall. There is a short diversion to the Catterall Auction Market where there is a cafe. Leaving Catterall pass through St. Michaels on Wyre and Cuddy Hill returning to Bilsborrow.
