Meet in the Car Park at the Buckshaw Village Community Playing Fields (Buckshaw Bernabau) on Old Worden Lane, Buckshaw Village PR7 7AE at 10 a.m. on Wednesday 29th April. Further route and parking details as below. Please bring the usual emergency tools and puncture repair equipment. Daytime running lights can also be a good idea.
There are cafe options in Upholland, so bring cash/card if you require lunch.

Start is from the Car Park at the Buckshaw Village Community Playing Fields (Buckshaw Bernabau) on Old Worden Lane, Buckshaw Village PR7 7AE (What3Words ///lamenting.wording.equity). The car park is free and usually quiet if there are no football matches in progress.
The route is anti-clockwise through Euxton, taking Back Lane to Eccleston and heading south to Robin Hood before ascending the gentle side of Parbold Hill. There is a subsequent ascent to Dalton, passing Ashurst's Beacon and descending to Roby Mill and Upholland. Return is through Orrell Post, Gathurst and Shevington, taking the Standish Mineral line path to Worthington, then Coppull, Chorley and Buckshaw Village.
