    Thanks for the company today. Just a couple of showers, mostly sunny weather and to be fair the ride had it all: great sea views, a ruined abbey, a well surfaced canal path, country roads and cycle lanes, a City and a castle. Not to mention a great cafe.

    Thanks Stephen; a mixture of some familiar places with novel routes between. Add to your list of today’s features: navigating Lancaster’s cycleways without getting lost and the furthest I have ridden in this Covid year.
