Due to current restrictions please limit the number of participants to 9 and the ride is wholly within Lancashire. I will, however, put some more places on the Let's Ride website. Riders are responsible for social distancing and hand hygiene when appropriate. Please carry the usual emergency tools and puncture repair equipment.
We shall lunch in the Art Deco Stanley Park Cafe, probably outside, as it is forecast to be a hot day. A mask will be required for ordering food. There will be other refreshment opportunities if required. We will not be visiting the Tower on this occasion to avoid the crowds This is a as flat a route as you are likely to find so do not be put off by the distance of 59 miles.

Start is from the small car park on the right on the A6 (travelling North on the A6) on Garstang road, Bilsborrow PR3 0RE. This car park is situated just AFTER the left turn into St Michaels Road (Guy’s Thatched Hamlet) and just BEFORE the Right turn into Bilsborrow Lane (The Roebuck and the Premier Inn).
The route heads north to Garstang, then Pilling, before visiting the coast at Knott End. From here it goes south through Preesall, Hambleton to cross the Wyre via the Toll Bridge at Cartford (20p charge). Continuing south via Great Eccleston, Elswick, Singleton and Staining to arrive in Stanley Park, with it's Art Deco cafe. Return is through the streets of Great and Little Marton, Weeton, Wesham, Kirkham, Treales and Woodplumpton to arrive back at the start in Bilsborrow. A very flat route.
