Meet at Astley Park Gates, Chorley PR7 1JU at 6 p.m. on Thursday 13th July.
Route and parking details as below. There is an alternative car park for Astley Hall on Hallgate, Astley Village PR7 1NP. There is also limited parking in front of the park gates on Preston Road itself, all free at this time. We shall be passing through Hallgate on the way out.
Please bring the usual emergency tools and puncture repair equipment, and emergency lights recommended.
*We also recommend all participants carry emergency contact details about their person.*
Total distance is 21 miles. NO ONE will be left behind.

Initially based on 'West Chorley Loop' but with an Eastern extension on the appropriately named 'Chorley Loop' cycleway.
Leaving from Astley Park gates, Chorley PR7 1JU.
Car Parking is conveniently located on Queens Road car park, PR7 1JU. This is next to the park gates. Turn right immediately after the park gates when entering Chorley from the Preston direction or M61 junction 8. Parking should be free after 5 p.m. and all day on Sunday.
The route passes through Astley Park, Euxton, Croston, Heskin and through Charnock Richard to Chorley. Then following the Chorley Loop along Myles Standish Way, crossing the A6 to do a short section of the Leeds Liverpool Canal before returning to Astley Park across Chorley.
