There should be adequate parking on the road. Route and further details below. Please bring the usual puncture repair equipment and emergency tools. Daytime running or emergency lights are recommended. *we also recommend all participants carry emergency contact details about their person.*
Lunch can be taken in the Reading Room at The Barlow in Edgworth (cash or card).

Start is Outside of Feniscowles and Pleasington Sports and Social Club, Livesey Branch Road (A6062), Blackburn BB2 5EH. There should be adequate on road parking in front of the social club and playing fields. Alternatively you can use Witton Park car park (BB2 2TP) and cycle up to the start. (Approx 2 miles/10 minute ride). You will need to pay £2 to use the Witton Car Park. There is some free parking on the other side of Witton Park.
Route is via Earcroft, Guide and Acre, taking NCN route 6 to Haslingden and Helmshore, joining NCN route 91 near the Textile Museum to Hazelhurst and Edgworth. The return leg is through Turton / Chapeltown and Belmont then up to Tockholes for the long descent back to Pleasington
