There is a short section on the coastal path, accessed by some steps. Though technically a footpath this is often used by cyclists, and there are no warning signs on the section included.
The ride is designed to reach the excellent Art Deco Cafe in Stanley Park, though this is at 42 miles. Refreshments are also available in Knott End at 21 miles.
It is an almost identical route to 'Bilsborrow to Stanley Park circular', it is extended to 63 miles (101K) to reach the magic 100 kilometres.
