Meet in the small car park on the A6 Garstang Road, Bilsborrow PR3 0RE at 9.30 a.m. on Sunday 6th September. Please note there is a 2 metre height restriction on the car park. Further parking and route details as below. Please bring the usual emergency tools and puncture repair equipment. Cash / card if you require lunch. Daytime running lights can be a good idea.
Lunch can be taken at either Pheasants Wood Fisheries or Stanley park.

Start is from the small car park on the right on the A6 (travelling North on the A6) on Garstang road, Bilsborrow PR3 0RE. This car park is situated just AFTER the left turn into St Michaels Road (Guy’s Thatched Hamlet) and just BEFORE the Right turn into Bilsborrow Lane (The Roebuck and the Premier Inn)(What3words://neatly.wicket.careless)
The route heads north to Garstang, then Pilling, before visiting the coast at Knott End. From here it goes south through Preesall, Hambleton to cross the Wyre via the Toll Bridge at Cartford (20p charge). Continuing south via Great Eccleston, Elswick, Singleton and Staining to arrive in Stanley Park, with it's Art Deco cafe (41 miles). Return is through the streets of Great and Little Marton, Weeton, Wesham, Kirkham, Treales and Woodplumpton to arrive back at the start in Bilsborrow. There is a dog leg to access the Pheasants Wood Fisheries cafe (30 miles) if required. A very flat route.
