Start in the small car park on the right (travelling North on the A6) on Garstang road, Bilsborrow PR3 0RE. The car park is situated just after the left turn into St Michaels Road (Guy’s Thatched Hamlet) and just before the Right turn into Bilsborrow Lane (The Roebuck and the Premier Inn).
The route travels west (clockwise), past Myerscough College, to St Michaels on Wyre, towards, but by-passing Hambleton to go north to Knott End. From here the route passes along the north coast to Pilling Lane, then Pilling, before going diagonally SE to Nateby, returning to Bilsborrow via Garstang.
