IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THIS RIDE:

Unfortunately this ride clashes with the CHORLEY 10K and FUN RUN. This means there will be road closures from 8 a.m. affecting Park Road (Astley Park Gates), Southport road (including the Ackhurst entrance to Astley Park) and part of the town centre.
Our route from Astley Hall should be unaffected, but the town centre car parks will likely be very busy and the Queen Street car park by the Park Gates likely to be inaccessible.
Hopefully the Astley Hall car park on Hallgate, Astley Village will be unaffected, so we should be OK. It would be possible to park on the street on several of the roads on the Park side of Chancery Road. Geoff (Euxton) and Stephen (Chorley) live less than 2 miles from the start, so if you fancy the extra ride you can contact either by PRIVATE MESSAGE on the website and you will be able to find parking near them. We will email contact numbers to all participants the night before if any assistance is required.

If anyone is arriving by train, we can meet you at Chorley station and guide you through any chaos to the start. Please contact Stephen for this.
Details of the event disruption can be found at https://checkoutchorley.com/chorley10k
