Meet at Astley Hall, Chorley PR7 1XA at 10 a.m. on Wednesday 22nd October. Car Parking is conveniently located on Hallgate, Astley Village, Chorley PR7 1NP. This is a fairly large car park and is free at all times (until 5th November). There are toilets at the start. Please bring the usual emergency tools and puncture repair equipment. Daytime running lights are also a good idea.Cafe stop will be optional, with two cafes on the route and one at the finish. A short ride due to current inclement weather.

Initially based on 'West Chorley Loop' but with an Eastern extension on the appropriately named 'Chorley Loop' cycleway.
Leaving from Astley Park gates, Chorley PR7 1JU.
Car Parking is conveniently located on Queens Road car park, PR7 1JU. This is next to the park gates. Turn right immediately after the park gates when entering Chorley from the Preston direction or M61 junction 8. Parking should be free after 5 p.m. and all day on Sunday.
The route passes through Astley Park, Euxton, Croston, Heskin and through Charnock Richard to Chorley. Then following the Chorley Loop along Myles Standish Way, crossing the A6 to do a short section of the Leeds Liverpool Canal before returning to Astley Park across Chorley.
