Lancashire County Council in partnership with Blackpool Council have produced a draft network map of cycling, walking and wheeling network routes known as “Local Cycling and Walking Infrastructure Plans” (LCWIPs) for Lancashire and Blackpool.

Thanks Paul, Andrea told me about this. I intend to look into a response but as there are different plans for all our areas it may take some time!

Consultation duly completed including a query relating to the £7m rebuild of the Tramway Bridge over the Ribble at Avenham Park. Full cost of this was supposedly being met by Levelling Up funding two years ago but Preston City and Lancs County Councils still seem.to be dithering
