We, like most cycling “clubs” in the area, have been contacted by the Wheels for All organisation to see if we can assist them in their work. They offer help and assistance to disabled riders wishing to cycle. The organisation has always been advertised on our Resources page. Although it is a national charity they are looking specifically for volunteers for the Preston Hub. As a cycling group I don’t think we can help much as we do not have any premises or base as such, and I suspect we do not have anyone to put on suitable rides to complement their work. (I have got enough on my plate!).
However there may be someone who is willing to volunteer to help them in some capacity.
