Start from the small car park on the right on the A6 (travelling North on the A6) on Garstang road, Bilsborrow PR3 0RE. This car park is situated just AFTER the left turn into St Michaels Road (Guy’s Thatched Hamlet) and just BEFORE the Right turn into Bilsborrow Lane (The Roebuck and the Premier Inn).
The route is clockwise, going South to Woodplumpton and Kirkham, then Wrea Green. From here North to Weeton, Staines and through Stanley Park to Blackpool seafront.
The route then travels up the promenade cycle path to Fleetwood, crossing to the River Wyre side of the peninsula South to Norcross then East to Singleton, Elswick and finally NCN route 7 to Myerscough and Bilsborrow.
