Start from the outside of Feniscowles and Pleasington Sports and Social Club, Livesey Branch Road (A6062), Blackburn BB2 5EH. There should be adequate on road parking in front of the social club and playing fields. Alternatively you can use Witton Park car park (BB2 2TP) and cycle up to the start (Approx 2 miles/10 minute ride), or we can met you at the park gates on the way. You will need to pay to use the Witton Car Park.
Route heads past Witton Park, up Buncer Lane then following the Revidge Road through Blackburn to the Brownhill roundabout. From here we go via Wilpshire and Ribchester to Longridge.
Return route is via Haighton, past Fulwood Barracks, through Moor Park then the streets of Avenham to Avenham park. From here we briefly join London Road, then through Higher Walton and Gregson Lane to return to Pleasington.
The distance will be approximately 31 miles.
